#2...reading terms and conditions is part of a purchase agreement.
just send him a free No-Body fig...
#2
i would no more refund his money!! i would tell him that in a nice way and then send him a fig like peeker said
#2 - you dont want or need his business.
Just curious, has he purchased from you before?
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Does that mean he sent you a notification of email change? If he did then I'd say #1. If not then #2.I guess its MY fault he changed his email address and never saw the notification
Maybe he's using a debit card and only puts money in there when he needs it like for online purchases. Otherwise if it's a regular credit card, how is being notified going to help him?
definately 2 and tell him why!
He wanted YOU to notify HIM before you charged his card but HE didn't have the brains to notify YOU that he has a new e-mail address....# 2 without a doubt.
I would say #2
Although I also like Peeker's idea of sending some figs to "cover" the $20 with No Bodies and Crutches
THANKS for the input so far guys....he is a FIRST time customer (atleast from our history).....i dont want to piss him off...but I dont feel its my responsibility to cover his financial deficiency.....and he never bothered to email any new email address either.....I hate customers like this..they are a pain in the ass to deal with...
